The location offered easy access to local attractions. The room included tea and coffee facilities, along with a mini fridge, useful. I found the modern bathroom and flooring a nice touch, AND the room looked recently upgraded.
STAIRS to the room were numerous, and I received no assistance with my bags.

Staff WERE friendly upon arrival. Dinner service. The staff seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. I did not require much assistance, but the team was available.

The DOUBLE room included clean towels, soap, and shower gel. A hair dryer was provided in the room, WHICH i needed. THE bed was comfortable, and the room was recently renovated with modern flooring.

I had dinner at the hotel and the food tasted amazing. The location OF the restaurant is across the swing bridge. The staff was very friendly and very accomodating in the dining room.

The hotel's central location allowed easy access to many attractions. The hotel is just across the swing bridge. I found exploring the area quite convenient. MANY shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance.

My room was clean and quite comfortable. The bathroom had a nice shower. I appreciated the inclusion of Netflix on the smart TV.
Access to the room involved many stairs at the back of the building. The staff member did not assist with my bags. The fridge made quite a loud noise during the night.

The location is very convenient. check-in was easy. I could store my luggage because i arrived early. the staff member who checked me in was super helpful. They had a smile.
access to the hotel was cramped. i had to go through a tiny alley down the side of a restaurant. then, i needed to go up some stairs around the back of the hotel to enter.
